Flee Lord

David Paul Cordova, better known by his stage name Flee Lord, is a rapper hailing from Far Rockaway, Queens, New York. He is a close associate of the Griselda collective and started his career as protégé of the late Prodigy from Mobb Deep. He is the co-founder of record label LordMobb alongside producer Mephux.
Cordova met Prodigy through mutual friends in 2008 and they formed a bond. After the late Mobb Deep member served out most of a three-and-a-half-year prison sentence, they re-connected in 2011 and Prodigy suggested him to start rapping.
When Prodigy was hospitalized in 2017 due to serious complications from sickle-cell anemia – that eventually led to his death on June 20, 2017–, Flee was by his side and it was there that Prodigy introduced him to Westside Gunn and Conway. Flee released his debut mixtape Loyalty or Death: Lord Talk, Vol. 1 right before Prodigy’s death.
