Sam Watters is best known as a member of the hit-making interracial 90’s R&B quartet Color Me Badd. Though the group stopped actively recording albums after 1998’s Awakening, Watters continued in the music industry with steady work as a songwriter and producer for Leona Lewis, 5 Seconds of Summer, Jordin Sparks, and many others. Also, Watters married first season American Idol finalist Tamyra Gray in 2006.
