Patrick Carney is an American musician and producer, hailing from Akron, Ohio. He is best known as a member of The Black Keys, where he stars as the drummer in the two-man band alongside Dan Auerbach.

Though his career took off through The Black Keys, Pat is an active producer notably working with bands like The Sheepdogs, Bass Drum of Death, and his wife Michelle Branch.

He also formed a band called Drummer in 2009 and also served as the drummer on The Rentals' 2014 album Lost in Alphaville.
