No Guidnce is an up-and-coming R&B boy band from England, consisting of members Ebubé Chiana, Kaci Brook, Zeekay Kabasomi and Josh Lomat.
Their journey began in 2021 when Zeekay and Kaci were already part of a band featured in Little Mix’s reality show, The Search. Later, industry executives approached them with the idea of forming an R&B boy band. Joining them were Josh and Ebubé, who were discovered through social media. Throughout 2021 and 2022, the group started developing their sound and project. In that time, the group created a TikTok account where they would post covers to popular songs to start building a fan base and gaining an audience. They developed their slogan:

In March 2023, the band released their joint singles “Committed” and “Lie To Me”. These tracks were part of their debut EP Is It A Crime? which dropped on June 1, 2023. Their second EP, Spicy, was released shortly after on September 28, 2023.
