Perrie Louise Edwards (born July 10, 1993) is a pop singer, who is a member of the hit British girl band Little Mix alongside Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and previously Jesy Nelson. They were formed during the 8th season of the television music competition ‘The X Factor’, and were the first band to win the show. They’ve since released six studio albums as a group, as well as a Greatest Hits. One of their most well-known hits is “Shout Out to My Ex” which contains a lot of references to Perrie’s ex-fiancée, Zayn Malik.
In 2021, after eleven years of being together, the trio made the collective decision of going into a hiatus to pursue individual endevours.
