Don’t Leave Me

Blackstreet

“Don’t Leave Me” is a song about a man pleading to his girl that he will change for the better in order to save their relationship. Produced by Teddy Riley, the track samples DeBarge’s “A Dream,” much like 2Pac’s posthumous single, “I Ain’t Mad At Cha.”

Although relatively unsuccessful in the United States, the song and accompanying video was a commercial success abroad in the UK and New Zealand.
