“Pinkish” is a song recorded during the Hesitant Alien sessions but not added to the final tracklist. It was released instead as a limited edition Record Store Day release along with “Don’t Try.”

It’s possibly a song about the state of the situation Gerard was in after My Chemical Romance’s break up, and how desolate he felt, as well as how he felt about the decision he made to end the band.
