Thug said he named the tracks on his album after his idols, people he’s influenced by. This one is named after Future, fellow Atlanta rapper.

Thug & Future recently collaborated on “Who” from Project E.T.. Previous Thug x Future tracks include “Chanel Vintage” & “California Rari”.

They have previously gone back and forth on
Twitter in 2015.

But their beef is over and Future brought out Young Thug to perform at both Summer Sixteen concerts in Atlanta.

On July 15th, Young Thug posted a snippet of him dancing to new music on Instagram with the caption “JEFFERY”. On August 26th, the song “Future Swag” was finally released, and it’s one hell of a banger.
