The sultry, sexy suggestively-titled fourth track of Beyoncé’s eponymous album oozes sensuality and sexuality. Written about performing cunnilingus, “Blow” is a modern version of the 70s/80s work of Prince and Janet Jackson, slinking carefully through R&B, funk and hip-hop themes.

While this is one of the most explicit songs by Beyoncé, it certainly isn’t the first. “Naughty Girl”, “Baby Boy” and “Speechless” all anticipate the sex that is depicted in Blow.

The video is directed by Hype Williams and is set in a disco-infused roller skating club, complete with 70s/80s-styled outfits, neon colors, glow in the dark paint, and quite a lot of suggestive dancing.
