“Move” is the lead single off of Taemin’s second Korean album, with the same title. Initially, “Move” was not supposed to be the album’s lead single, as the album’s B-side “Love” was the front runner instead.

With “Move”, Taemin aims to break gender stereotypes and the perceived limits of K-pop’s artistry.

The song won Best Dance Performance: Solo Award at the 19th Mnet Asian Music Awards in 2017. Taemin performed the single live at Korean music programs, Seoul Fashion Week and at the 2017 MAMAs accompanied by fellow nominee, SUNMI.
