“Patricia” is the seventh track from the Florence + the Machine album, High As Hope. It was written in homage to the American artist, Patti Smith, whom Welch calls her “North Star.” .

It was premiered live, just over two months before the album release, at the Victoria Theatre in Halifax, UK on 5th May 2018.
