A week before the release of the songs “Chun-Li” and “Barbie Tingz”, Nicki Minaj appeared in a Mercedes-Benz commercial, and the hip-hop instrumental used in the commercial was later revealed to be this song according to a tweet by Nicki herself.

On November 4th, 2018, Nicki performed “Good Form” along with her Little Mix collaboration “Woman Like Me” at the 2018 MTV European Music Awards.

In October of 2018, the viral #GoodFormChallenge was started by Nicki herself to help promote the song. The challenge consisted of people sharing videos of themselves twerking or dancing to the song’s beat, something similar to many other viral-dancing challenges like the #KekeChallenge from “In My Feelings” or the #MannequinChallenge from “Black Beatles”.
