“Enemy” is a song by the young Jamaican reggae artist Skip Marley, released on May 31, 2019.

It’s his third official single of the year, after “That’s Not True”, in collaboration with his uncle Damian, and “Can’t Take It From Me”, a cut in collaboration with the EDM all-star collective Major Lazer.

Produced by BEAM and Ryan Tedder (credited with his pseudonym Alias), the song is an act of resistance against those ones who tried to take Skip’s enthusiasm and determination away.

Interestingly, this is the shortest cut by the grandson of the legendary Bob Marley, as it lasts only 2:19. Moreover, Skip tries to sing in Jamaican patois for the first time since he officially debuted.
