John Legend contributes soulful vocals on the hook and bridge which complement the song’s gospel vibe. Legend has previously collaborated with Chance on his 2016 song “Penthouse Floor.”

Chance opens on the intro with his familiar “And we back” that’s been a staple since his iconic 2013 mixtape Acid Rap.
