Young Thug and Gunna are joined by their friend and frequent collaborator, Travis Scott, for the remix of one of the most popular songs on So Much Fun. The remix features a new verse from Travis, which was accompanied by a music video starring the three artists literally on fire.

Thug posted on his Instagram story a screenshot of “Hot” being exported with an open verse, hinting at a remix. Travis Scott also posted a caption “H🔥T“ on his Instagram story that same day, leading many to believe Travis would be the artist featured on the remix.

On October 28, 2019, the first snippet of Travis' verse leaked online. The following day, a demo of the remix with an open verse where Gunna’s verse usually appeared surfaced online.

This marks the second time that Thug, Gunna, and Travis have all collaborated on the same song, following August 2016’s “Floyd Mayweather.“
