“Diva” is Desiigner’s first single after being released from his, now former, record label, G.O.O.D. Music. It would be released three days after him announcing his departure from G.O.O.D. Music, including a music video to go along with it.

Almost four months after the initial release of this song, Desiigner would officially release “Diva” onto all music platforms on March 6, 2020, under his new independent label, LOD Records. The LOD Records imprint was previously used upon the initial release of “Panda,” before being signed to G.O.O.D. Music.
