J Hus

The finale of J Hus' second studio album delves deep into his mind sporting an on-going verse, with no breaks for a catchy hook, something that we got used to seeing from him. The song, itself, was perceived as a reflection of Hus' new-found maturity since his release from prison on the 5th of April 2019.

Speaking on the part of his life that we usually don’t get to hear about from the party-banger enthusiast, Hus carefully tells his story on a slow & melodic piano based instrumental from JAE5. Covering subjects from colonialism, introversion, religion, his incarceration, and love – it’s the perfect way to end the project.
