“Company” was first confirmed to be on Don Toliver’s debut studio album HEAVEN OR HELL by a press release put out by his record label Atlantic Records on March 2, 2020. In the release, the label said:

“Company” breaks into progressive rock guitar courtesy of super producer Mike Dean.
