The song is about Lil Wayne’s one of many night stand with a girl on his tour bus and it is drama-filled, given that he knowns he’s going to kick her to the curb in the morning.

This song was made circa May 2006. Wayne recorded “One Night Only” and “RappaPomPom” the same night within hours of passing him my beat tape. “One Night Only” was on hold for Tha Carter 3 until it eventually leaked.
