“What a Time to be a Slime” is an unreleased collaboration between Drake and Young Thug. A snippet of the song surfaced online on July 11, 2020, before leaking in its entirety on December 19, 2020.

The track was supposedly recorded in April 2019 and is unfinished, featuring a rough mix and a short runtime. Drake later used lyrics from this song on “What’s Next,” a song that was initially leaked and was later released on his EP, Scary Hours 2.

The track’s title is a reference to and play-on-words of What a Time to be Alive, the 2015 collaborative mixtape between Drake and Future.
