“Blue” is the fourth track and second single on Marina and the Diamonds‘ third album Froot. The audio of the song was released on YouTube on March 8th, 2015.

“Blue” was described by Marina as her “biggest sounding song.” She also added that it has “a bit of a disco twang,” similarly to “Froot.”

The music video was released on July 16th. It was directed by Charlotte Rutherford and filmed at “Dreamland” Pleasure Park.
