“No Time For Tears” is the first collaboration between the British DJ and producer Nathan Dawe and girl group Little Mix from the same country. The song was announced via Instagram on November 23 2020, and was released the next Friday, November 27. It was originally released as a single and later also appeared on Little Mix’s album “Confetti (Expanded Edition)”.

It was teased multiple times by Nathan Dawe prior to release by putting the emojis “🚫⏰4️⃣💧” on his Instagram story. Fans quickly thought of a new song possibly being named “No Time For Tears”. After he also put emojis symbolising four women and one man on his story, it became clear that the song would be a collaboration with Little Mix. This is Little Mix’s last song featuring member Jesy Nelson, it being released a few weeks before her official departure from the band.

The song is about the aftermath of a breakup; the girls realise that instead of being sad all the time, it’s better for them to just enjoy life without their ex.
