“Between Us” is the title track of Little Mix’s greatest hits album of the same name. The ballad is a love letter to the group’s ten years of experiences, achievements and memories together, as they reference many Little Mix songs through its lyrics, which some of were teased by Leigh-Anne on an Instagram post in May 2021, after they won their Brits Award 2021 for Best Group.

The song was teased on August 15th 2021 via Twitter, saying they had news the next thursday, which was the announcement of the album. On November 4th 2021, Little Mix tweeted another video teaser of the song, announcing the official song release for the next day.
