The song features Gunn’s frequent collaborator and Griselda member, Rome Streetz; Rome raps about his gang-related lifestyle along with topics like drugs and arrest.

In other hand, Westside Gunn raps more about his friends who passed away during his life and how it affect him and the people; Gunn finally would also pay respect to MF DOOM, who tragically and recently passed away in mid-2020. Both would previously created the duo WestsideDOOM and later release their 2017 self-titled extended play, establishing a great friendship between the two.
