“Black Man in America” from Polo G’s deluxe album, Hall of Fame 2.0, employs an old school type beat where he speaks on gang violence in his past and the discrimination against African Americans that continues on in modern-day society. The track features bridges similar to “Painting Pictures” in the original album and an outro accompanying a speech presented by Civil Rights leader, Fred Hampton.
