On “My All,” Polo G’s speaks on his struggles in relationships and the complexity of love as it puts him in a trance. This track marks his third 2022 single following his October 2022 track “Bag Talk.”

On January 8, 2022, Polo released a snippet of the song on Instagram, receiving an extraordinary amount of support from his fan base. In the post’s caption, he interpolates the lyrics where he wrote:

Video director and Lyrical Lemonade founder Cole Bennett stood up to collaborate with Polo G who had shot the video. The music video further displays Polo constantly being tormented by a girl, who’s supposedly his girlfriend and also depicts how his days went whilst being in the relationship.
