Yang Hyun Suk (Korean: 양현석, also known as YG) born January 9, 1970 is a South Korean singer, artists, record producer and chief executive officer of YG Entertainment.
He is a former member of the legendary k-pop trio Seo Taiji and Boys. After its disbanning in 1996 he founded YG Entertainment. In 1998 Yang debuted as solo artist with album Yang Hyun Suk. He produced a lot of famous Korean groups such as 1TYM, BIGBANG, 2NE1.
In March 2010 Yang Hyun Suk said that he has been dating former member of Swi.T, Lee Eun Ju (who is also a younger sister of Lee Jai-jin from k-pop boy band SECHSKIES under YGE). Now they have two children.
