“Me So Bad” is the third single from Tinashe’s second studio album, Joyride. Released on March 30, 2018, it features rappers French Montana and Ty Dolla $ign and is notably more upbeat than previous releases “No Drama” and “Faded Love”.
The song faced some scrutiny when Belgian singer Ian Thomas accused the producers of plagiarizing his 2017 single, “Go Wild”, and intended to sue her label; however, both songs utilise a Splice sample commonly used in many songs alongside “Go Wild” and “Me So Bad”.
