“FROSTY” is a slow-paced grunge track with soft vocals, ghostly background harmonization, and an arrangement of guitars and rock drums akin to the popular unreleased track “Frailty.” It’s the third single from ZillaKami’s debut mixtape DOGBOY, and marks a distinct shift in sound from the project’s past two singles, the much heavier “CHAINS” and “BADASS.”

Zilla initially previewed the song on his Instagram story in December 2020, before announcing its release date, music video, and cover art on July 23, 2021—a week prior to the full drop of the song.
