Steven Lewis (born November 14, 2006), better known by his stage name tana (previously known as BabySantana), is a rapper, producer, and audio engineer reigning from Columbus, Georgia.

tana began sharing his music on YouTube in May of 2018. He then came to fame in 2020, after his single “Prada” went viral on social media platforms; which would lead to a remix with Lil Tecca. He released three projects in that year; those being Recreation, Quan, Nyctophilia, and Planet Sosa, however the first three mentioned would later be removed from his catalog.

tana’s career would later peak in 2021, after his single “Antisocial,” featuring Slump6s, would go viral on platforms; which also lead to an official sequel with SSGKobe, Xhulooo and Yung Fazo.

He is currently signed to Galactic Records, a subsidiary of Republic Records, although tana still continues to release music independently through his SoundCloud and YouTube pages.

In 2022, tana would go on to release his debut mixtape GAULTIER on January 27, 2023. Followed by a bonus version four weeks later, which would include one extra track: “katch me outside” featuring Trippie Redd.

Since the release of GAULTIER, tana intended to release his next sophomore studio album, which being self-titled. To prepare for self-titled, tana would release “KNOWYA” and “BLOW DIS STRAIN” in July and August 2023 respectively. Then on September 10, 2023, tana released a SoundCloud exclusive EP titled London, to which it contained nine tracks recorded during that era. However on November 1, 2023, tana took to social media announcing that he would be scrapping self-titled in favor for DALE, which would see a release on November 17, 2023.

Entering into 2024, tana would begin his new album roll-out, releasing “Decatur” and “Jesus Piece” in January and March 2024 respectively. The world would be introduced to BANA, tana’s official sophomore studio album, which released on April 26, 2024.
