Scott Raynor

Artist

Scott William Raynor Jr. is an American musician, best known as the original drummer and founding member of pop-punk giants blink-182. Joining the band at just 14 in 1992, he recorded 3 demos (Flyswatter, Demo #2, Buddha), one EP (They Came To Conquer… Uranus) and two LPs (Cheshire Cat, Dude Ranch) with them before being kicked out of the band in mid-1998 because of his alcohol problems. He was replaced by Travis Barker, formerly of The Aquabats. Blink later wrote a song about his departure. Raynor has been relatively out of the spotlight since he left the band, though he partook in other musical projects, such as The Axidentals, Grimby, The Spazms and The Wraith.
