On “Two Birds, One Stone,” Drake takes aim at a plethora of targets with a barrage of subliminals. The main targets are Meek Mill, Pusha T, and Kid Cudi—two birds (drug dealers) and one stoner, respectively.

Additionally, Two Birds One Stone samples Kid Cudi’s “Wild'n Cuz I’m Young”, fueling speculation that this was indeed a diss track meant mainly for Cudi.

Interestingly enough, Drake tried to maintain an extremely positive atmosphere on More Life, which makes it no surprise that this song failed to make the cut onto the album.

Drake has since received backlash from fans for making fun of Cudi’s mental state during his rehabilitation. Drake responded on his Instagram to the criticism with little remorse.
