The twelfth and second to last song off of the Injury Reserve album. Features an unsuspecting cast of artists including DRAM, whose work before gained wide spread attention from working with artists like Lil Yachty and Gorillaz. Dylan Brady who is known for being one half of the rising experimental pop duo 100 gecs and contributes both vocals and production work on this track. Tony Velour who has been a reoccurring collaborator with Dylan Brady.
Dylan Brady is also credited for production assistance of the Injury Reserve song, “Jailbreak The Tesla.”

This track serves as a bit of a bi-polar love song, by which it ranges in lyrical content from between “If you love me, act like it” to “Imagining what our kids will look like.”

The name of the song is a nod to the location they recorded the album at; Their hometown of Flagstaff, AZ which, (as seen on their merch shown below), they consider the “New Hawaii.”

Arizona is noticeably different from Hawaii, but the reason they refer to it as such is a nod to how they got inspiration for recording their full album in one specific location, aside from their typical studios, from how Kanye West recording the entirety of “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” in Hawaii.
In a reddit AMA for Injury Reserve they collectively site “MBDTF” as their favorite album of all time, and makes it clear the impact the album has had on them. For more information on how MBDTF inspired them to record this album in Flagstaff see there interview with Complex here.
